Returns & Exchanges

All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Contact email: jayray@coldfirerecords.com

Because each product is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
